For the cost of Bondic - if it were my firearm - that's what I'd try first. Most sights are affixed with silver solder, or are in milled dovetails and or are pinned. And, the HARD part in using it is to apply the littlest amount you can shine the UV light on it and repeat many, many times. Two notes re Bondic is to buy THIS product, if you choose, NOT a cheaper knock-off - well worth the two or three dollar price difference, imho. It is a clear liquid which stays liquid "forever" - until you shine the provided ultra-violet light on it, when it almost instantly turns rock hard! Similar to the stuff my dentist uses. Secondly, should you not have success, I might suggest an incredible glue called Bondic. I had a Bulldog, and they were incredibly user-friendly and supportive. Considering this one has a threaded muzzle as well, this could be a ton of fun suppressed. Chambered in 22LR it features an awesome removable barrel that unscrews from the receiver for transport or storage. First I'd try ringing Charter Arms Customer Service - their manager is named Donna Lucarelli (sp?) who can be reached at 1- (866)-769-4867. The Charter Arms Explorer II is the pistol version of the Armalite AR-7 design.
